Immediate pick-up and non-stop delivery. Charges are based on the distance between the pick-up and delivery points.

Action Messenger Service will be implementing a fuel surcharge due to the fluctuations in the cost of gasoline.

No additional charge for packages that weigh up to 25lbs.
Additional charges are for orders that weigh more than 25lbs.

First 10 minutes free. Additional Charges are applied to orders that require our driver to wait in excess of 10 minutes.

Action Messenger can be reached 24 hours a day/365 days a year. Our normal business hours are 8:00 AM through 5:00 PM. Between the hours of 5:00 PM and 11:00 PM our charges increase to 1.5 times the normal rate, (Minimums apply). Between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM, our charges increase to 2.25 times the normal rate, (Minimums apply).

We file documents and can do the correlating research for you. Charges are based on distance and time.

We are Registered Process Servers. We perform Drop Servings, where a document is left with anyone in charge. Individual Serving, where we serve a specific individual. Action will fill out proof of service forms and file the related documents.

Action utilizes a variety of large vehicles to accommodate your delivery needs. We have pick-up trucks, 14′ Bobtails, 24′ Bobtails, and 22′ Stakebeds including liftgates.
